Sir : So. Kaushik tell me something about your Self.

Candidate: As you alrady know that my name is kaushik Kumar. I am from raipur. I Compleated My B.Tech from ITM University Raipur, Along with my degree. I've very good knowledge of C, C++.

Sir: Good, So are you fresher ?

Candidate: No, actually I worked in a XYZ Private Ltd. as a Computer operater but now I am looking for a better opportunity.

Sir: Talk about why you need this Job.?

Candidate: I am quite happy with my current Job. But, I am looking for a more productive role that suit my skills and ability to grow further.

Sir: What is your strengths?

Candidate: My greatest strength is my Communication Skills I love interacting. with patience to listen to them.

Sir: What's your biggest Weakness?

Candidate: My biggest Weakness that I trust
People very easily. Sometimes, it hurts. me because I feel cheated.
but many times this habit also helps me make good friends for life.

Sir: Why do you want to work here?

Candidate: I read on the website that the
company is expanding its business to other 
Countries. So its a great opportunity for me. to learn as well as Contribute to the growth of this company.

Sir: Can you Work under pressure.?

Candidate: Working under pressure nothing but a challenge in my view. If we are opon to Learn new things it is easy to work under pressure.

Sir: How do you take important decision?

Candidate: I collect all the information and. details that would be neccessary to take a dicision and will figure out what would
be the best solution for it.
